Cancellation Policy
1. Client Cancellations All design package purchases are final and non-refundable. If a client chooses to cancel or postpone services after payment, the remaining credit may be applied toward future design services with The Lux Group, as packages never expire. 2. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule design consultations or project start dates with at least 72 hours’ notice. Missed or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session or portion of the package. 3. Project Pauses If a project is placed on hold by the client, work will pause for up to 90 days. After this period, project resumption will be subject to current availability and rates. 4. Company Cancellations In the rare event The Lux Group must cancel a scheduled session or project, clients will be notified promptly, and services will be rescheduled at the earliest available date. 5. No Refunds Due to the customized nature of design services, no refunds are issued under any circumstances.
